Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 30, 2025

At AquaClean Tank Services, we operate with transparency and fairness. Since our services are booked via phone or WhatsApp and paid after work is completed, refund scenarios are rare — but here is our full policy:

1. No Prepayments

We do not collect online payments or advance fees via our website. All service charges are settled only after the job is completed. Hence, no automatic refund system is required.

2. Cancellation Before Visit

If you cancel your appointment at least 2 hours before the scheduled time, there is no fee. If you paid a deposit (for bulk or AMC plans), that amount will be refunded in full within 3–5 working days.

3. Cancellation After Arrival

If our team reaches the site and the customer cancels or denies service, a flat ₹150–₹300 visit fee may be applicable to cover logistics and manpower.

4. Post-Service Concerns

If you're not satisfied with the quality of cleaning, you must raise the concern within 24 hours. We will offer a free re-cleaning if the issue is found valid. Refunds are only issued if service was not performed as promised and re-cleaning is not possible.

5. Mode of Refund

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via UPI or bank transfer to the original payer's account. Please allow up to 7 working days for processing.
